Motion defeated - but the house is divided

That's roughly 45% Yes and 55% No. Wow. Almost right down the middle.

That's right. No officially sanctioned same-sex blessings will occur in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada.
I'm sorry, Kevin, that sounds stressful to you. But there's always the future.
